Hello Parents!

 If you have not received our class syllabus, the link is below. Our class webpage is where you can find updates daily about what is going in our classroom. I will update our class webpage weekly with homework assignments, due dates, etc. 

Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have. 

***Our class attends mass on Tuesday mornings at 8:30am. Parents are invited to join us!



-St. Patrick’s Day Dress Down on Monday, March 18th. Wear green!

-Parent/Teacher Conferences are on Thursday, March 21st.

6th Grade:


  • Complete vocabulary terms (nanosecond–curdled) in the vocabulary section of your notebook. Due: tomorrow

  • Complete vocabulary terms (parched–consuming) for Friday in the vocabulary section of your notebook.

  • Write sentences for all vocabulary terms in your notebook for Monday!



  • finish the cuneiform projects for tomorrow. Make sure to staple both sheets together with the message sheet first.

  • Read and outline TB p. 98-100 for tomorrow. Your outlines should include 10-12 important facts. Complete on looseleaf.



  • If you did not correctly complete the ‘My Advent Season’ writing assignment, students must correct them for Thursday. 


Tickets are still on sale for the Christmas show on Friday night! Students cannot wear sneakers, jeans, or t-shirts to the concert. Students must wear black dress pants, black dress shoes with black dress socks and a white, buttoned down dress shirt. Students can wear formal sweaters if they want to.

  • Complete Questions (#7-11) from page 304 on looseleaf.
  • GSKTTU, Chapters 1-6 quiz tomorrow!
  • Vocabulary terms (nanosecond–curdled) in the vocab section of your notebook due Thursday!


  • finished cuneiform projects due Thursday!
  • Read TB p. 98-100 and complete an outline of those pages on looseleaf.


  • finish ‘My Advent Season’ writing assignments for tomorrow!


5th Grade:


  • Quiz Thursday (Independent/Dependent clauses, subject/predicate and vocabulary)!
  • Write spelling words five (5) times on looseleaf to practice correct spelling.


  • finish A Good Night for Freedom group work assignments for tomorrow. 
  • Read TB p. 404 & 405 and complete vocabulary terms on p. 405 in the vocabulary section of your notebook.
